Texarkana Cosmetology School Hosts Their 9th Annual Sheer Madness Hair and Fashion Show

Texarkana Cosmetology School held their 9th Annual Sheer Madness Avant Garde Hair and Fashion show Monday afternoon. With big hair and creative makeup, local high school students and adult college students battled the red runway within the Truman Arts Center they have worked on for weeks. Dual credit high school students entered the hair mannequin competition, while the adult cosmetology students strut their photo-inspired runway looks. Both categories competed for first, second, and third place.
