Beauty and the Beat: Pop Up and Showcase 2018

Texarkana's Tailored 2 You Hair Design will host their first Beauty and the Beat Pop Up Shop and Show case event tomorrow evening 4 p.m., December 16th. Local fashion business owners will showcase creative, yet affordable pieces for attendees and guests at the Twin City Event and Conference Center 2101 Texas Blvd., Texarkana, Texas 75501.
"We will be have a pop u shop and show case where vendors we’ll be set up selling products from eyelash, hair extensions, fashion, jewelry, waist trainers and much more", said Tailored 2 You Hair Design, Owner and Operator, Tameka King.
After hosting a few hair shows, King united with local entrepreneurs and created the local event before the holidays. "I came up with the concept “Beauty and The Beat “, because I am a stylist and other beauty industry entrepreneurs wanted to collaborate. Being the Holidays, I thought what greater way than to put everyone under one roof and allow the people to patronize them as well as give them a show", said King.
Local fashion vendors and hairstylists will present traditional items previous and new customers will enjoy throughout the showcase. "Vendors we’ll be set up selling products from eyelash, hair extensions, fashion, jewelry, waist trainers and much more. The show will consist of local hairstylists and boutiques showcasing their work and the latest fashion", said King
Besides creative and unique showcase displays, attendees and guests will also enjoy great entertainment and food will be provided. "There will be a dj as well as live music we will have food trucks on the outside and free mimosas on the inside", said King.
The fashionable event welcomes all ages are invited with a comfortable, yet appropriate dress code. "This event is family friendly. Everyone is welcome to dress casually. Come and support our local vendors from the four states area admission is $5 at the door ", said King.
